[Eng] How to choose the right platform to sell property in Belarus in 2026

Selling property in Belarus has become more digital, with several online platforms connecting sellers to serious buyers across the country. Here’s a look at the most popular and reliable property websites in Belarus — how they differ, what tools they offer, and where your listing is most likely to get noticed.

1) Kufar

Kufar is a huge classifieds platform where you can sell almost anything, from apartments to cars to furniture. Because of that, the site has a massive audience, which is a real advantage when selling property: your listing gets seen by thousands of people.

It’s also handy for gauging market prices — by browsing similar listings, you can quickly get a sense of what’s realistic for your property.

On the flip side, Kufar is packed with professional listings from agencies and developers — polished photos, detailed descriptions, and competitive presentation. Individual sellers often have to put extra effort into visuals and copy to stand out.

You can post for free, but listings expire after 60 days. Since real estate sales typically take longer, that’s not ideal. Your ad also drops lower in search results over time as new ones appear. Boosting it back to the top is possible, but it’s a paid feature.

2) Hommits

Hommits is a relatively new real estate platform that’s already widely used across Belarus — from apartments in Minsk to homes in Grodno, Gomel, Vitebsk, Mogilev, Brest, and even smaller towns and villages.

Unlike traditional listing websites, Hommits focuses on personalized recommendations. You upload your property, and the system automatically matches it with buyer wanted ads that fit your offer. That means you’re immediately connected with people who are genuinely interested. You can contact them directly by phone (if listed) or via an integrated chat.

Posting on the platform is free and has no time limits. If you want your listing to appear higher in search results or get extra visibility, you can use paid options such as promotion within the platform or advertising campaigns across Google, Yandex, Instagram, and Facebook.

The platform also offers modern tools that make selling easier: AI-powered price estimation, Transaction support by a personal manager, Professional photography, etc.

Each advert has free statistics like searches and impressions, but premium options unlock even deeper insights — like performance comparisons, efficiency trends, and personalized improvement tips.

Hommits is designed mainly for private sellers rather than real estate agents, so individual listings don’t have to compete with large professional catalogs. The platform also offers an English version, which, along with additional personalized services, can be a great option for those selling remotely or from abroad.

3) Realt

Realt is one of the oldest and most popular property portals in Belarus. It hosts a huge number of listings, making it great for scanning the overall market and comparing offers.

However, the platform is heavily populated by agencies and developers, which means purely private listings can sometimes get buried.

You can post for free, but there are limitations: without paid options, you can’t upload more than 20 photos, add a custom title or long description, or include extras like 3D tours or floor plans. Like on Kufar, new listings push older ones down the feed — unless you pay to boost them.

4) Onliner

Onliner.by is one of Belarus’s largest tech and lifestyle portals, with a real estate section that’s both vast and competitive. The downside? The interface feels a bit dated and requires filling out every single field — from ceiling height to balcony type — before publishing, which can be time-consuming.

Promotion works through a bidding system: you set a daily budget, see competitors’ bids, and your position in search results shifts dynamically based on bids, filters, and the user’s chosen map area. This makes Onliner powerful for those who know how to work the system — but frustratingly complex for casual sellers who just want to post and move on.

5) Domovita

Domovita.by is a familiar and straightforward platform for selling property — from apartments and houses to commercial spaces. The interface is clean, simple, and easy to navigate, so you can post an ad quickly without getting lost in endless menus.

It’s a stable and reliable option, though it doesn’t really stand out with any groundbreaking features compared to competitors. Still, for sellers who value clarity and ease of use over innovation, Domovita remains a solid choice.
