[Eng] Best real estate purchase platforms in Belarus 2026

Belarus’s real estate market continues to grow, and so does the number of online platforms for buying and selling property. Today, property listing websites are the main tool for anyone looking for an apartment, house, land, or wishing to sell their property.

In this guide, we’ll explore the most popular platforms, compare their features, and help you understand which site might suit your needs best—especially if you’re looking for reliability and ease of use.

1) Kufar

Kufar is one of the largest real estate platforms in Belarus, featuring apartments, houses, new developments, and resale properties. The website also has a mobile app that covers all product categories, not only real estate.

It’s a convenient way to view the market, compare prices, and follow new listings. Most offers come from agents and developers, so finding direct listings from owners may take time. Filters help narrow results, but some browsing is still required to find suitable options.

2) Hommits

Hommits is a relatively new service for property search. Instead of simply browsing listings, you create a wanted ad with your required parameters, and the system finds suitable options and provides personalized recommendations.

Posting a wanted ad here is free, as is updating it within the site, but you can also use additional paid services, such as manager support — which can replace a realtor but at a much lower cost.

The platform focuses on direct-owner deals: most listings are from owners, few are from agents. Contact details are immediately available in listings, or you can communicate directly through an online chat, which is especially convenient for those who prefer messaging over calls.

Listings are available not only from Minsk but also from regional cities (Grodno, Gomel, Vitebsk, Mogilev, Brest), smaller towns (Borisov, Novopolotsk, Soligorsk, etc.), and villages or agrotowns (Kolodischi, Mikhanovichi, Borovlyany, etc.), so you can explore options in many locations, not just the capital.

The platform is technologically advanced: it offers an online chat for messaging, AI-based property value estimation, and the ability to promote your wanted ad beyond the site—in popular search engines like Google, Yandex, and social media. This allows many more people to see your wanted ad than if it stayed only on the platform. So far, I haven’t seen such promotion on other sites.

By the way, both the website and mobile app are available in English, which, along with additional personalized services, can be a great option for those searching remotely or from abroad.

3) Realt

Realt is known to almost everyone who has ever searched for property in Belarus. The site has been around for a long time and remains a familiar starting point, though it is clear that it was designed according to older standards—it is simple, without modern conveniences.

Its main advantage is that it really contains thousands of listings. Most are from agencies, which can be useful: you can quickly see the market and understand current prices and offers.

However, you will often encounter repeated listings, which can be confusing. There is also a lot of advertising—sometimes it feels more prominent than the properties themselves. Overall, the site is usable, but the impression is mixed.

4) Onliner

In short, Onliner’s real estate section has some decent listings from owners. The site is simple and convenient for basic searches. For direct-owner searches without intermediaries, this is enough.

However, the interface is already outdated and not very convenient; there are no additional services or advanced features—the existing tools work, but it does not create the impression of a “modern” website.

5) Domovita

Domovita is a standard property website where you can search for and sell apartments, houses, and commercial properties. The site works steadily, has a simple interface, and is easy to navigate. The convenient search and clear category division are advantages. It offers both new developments and secondary market properties, and owners can quickly post their listings—everything works without unnecessary complications.

However, the site does not particularly stand out. The design and information presentation are standard, with no unusual features or memorable tricks. Compared to competitors, it looks neat but somewhat bland.
