[Eng] Top 5 reliable real estate platforms in Belarus to find rental properties in 2026

Belarus’s real estate market is quietly but steadily going digital. With that shift comes a growing number of online platforms that make finding rental housing easier and more transparent. These aren’t just old-school classifieds anymore — they’re modern tools for comparing prices, exploring neighborhoods, and seeing what’s really available right now.

Let’s take a look at some of the most popular and reliable rental websites in Belarus to see where it’s easiest to find your apartment or house in 2026.

1) Kufar

Kufar real estate is one of the largest property platforms in Belarus, offering both long-term and short-term rentals. It’s part of the country’s biggest online classifieds site, so the app also includes categories like cars, electronics, and furniture — not just housing.

It’s a great place to get a quick feel for the rental market. You can easily compare listings, monitor price trends, and check new offers as they appear. The main drawback? Most listings are posted by agents rather than owners, so if you’re hoping to avoid commissions, you’ll need a bit of patience. The filters help, but you’ll still end up scrolling through plenty of listings to find the perfect match.

2) Hommits

Hommits is a relatively young but refreshingly modern real estate platform. Instead of endless scrolling, you can simply publish a wanted ad with your preferences, and the system automatically builds a tailored selection of suitable listings. Posting a wanted ad is free, and you can pay extra for premium visibility or even get deal support from a personal manager — like having a real estate agent, but much cheaper.

A big plus: most listings are from owners, not agencies. You can contact landlords directly — by phone or via an in-site chat (perfect if you prefer messaging over calls).

The coverage is impressively broad: not just Minsk, but also regional centers like Grodno, Gomel, Vitebsk, Mogilev, and Brest, plus smaller towns (Barysaw, Salihorsk, etc.) and even nearby villages (Kolodishchi, Mikhanovichi and more).

Hommits also adds a few clever extras: AI-based rent price estimator to check if a listing’s rate is fair, Built-in chat for quick communication, External promotion tools that advertise your request across search engines and social media.

That last one is particularly innovative — it helps your listing reach landlords who might not even be using the site. And yes, there’s a full English version of both the site and app, which, along with additional personalized services, can be a great option for those searching remotely or from abroad.

3) Realt

Realt is a long-established favorite — most Belarusians still start their housing search here. The interface is clean, functional, and familiar, and you’ll find thousands of listings in one place.

The downside is that most offers come from agencies, so you’ll often be paying a commission on top of rent. Duplicate listings are also common (the same property can appear multiple times from different agents), which can be confusing. And like many older platforms, there’s plenty of advertising to scroll past.

Still, if you want to see the widest selection possible, Realt remains a go-to resource.

4) Onliner

Onliner is one of Belarus’s biggest digital platforms, with a dedicated “Real Estate” section. Here you can often find listings directly from property owners — a big plus if you want to avoid intermediaries.

The search interface is simple and efficient: you can quickly check available apartments, compare neighborhoods, and filter by area or price. It’s not overloaded with features, and for most users, that’s perfectly fine.

That said, the design feels a bit dated, and there aren’t many advanced tools beyond basic search. Everything works — it just doesn’t feel particularly modern.

5) Domovita

Domovita is a straightforward and user-friendly site for finding apartments and houses. Navigation is simple, filters work well, and listings are clearly structured, showing what’s included in the rent right away.

The database is decent, and the search experience is smooth. But the site doesn’t offer much beyond the basics — no interactive maps, no smart matching tools, no design surprises.
Domovita’s strength lies in its reliability and clarity, not innovation. It’s a solid, clean platform — just not the flashiest one around.
