[Eng] Best online platforms to rent out your property in Belarus in 2026

If you’re planning to rent out a property in Belarus — whether it’s a city apartment, a country house, or something in between — choosing the right platform can make all the difference.

Below, we review the most popular and reliable websites for rental listings in Belarus. You’ll see which platforms are easiest to use, what tools they offer, and what to keep in mind before posting your advert.

1) Kufar

Kufar is Belarus’s largest general classifieds site, covering everything from apartments to cars to furniture. That broad audience is its main strength: your listing will be seen by plenty of potential tenants. You can also get a quick sense of current rental prices by browsing similar listings.

However, there’s a catch. Many professional landlords and real estate agencies post polished listings with high-quality photos and detailed descriptions. Private ads can look modest in comparison, so to stand out, you might want to invest in a paid promotion.

Posting an ad is free, but it stays live for only 90 days. Over time, listings move down in the search results — though you can “bump” them back up for a fee.

2) Hommits

Hommits is a relatively new platform focused specifically on real estate rentals across Belarus — from Minsk apartments to houses in Grodno, Brest, or even small towns and villages.

Unlike traditional listing sites, Hommits emphasizes personalized recommendations. When you publish a property, the platform automatically matches it with renters actively searching for similar listings. You get direct access to potential tenants — including their contact info or, if unavailable, an easy-to-use chat option.

Posting is free and unlimited in duration. For those who want extra visibility, the platform offers paid promotion options — such as boosting listings within Hommits or running ads across Google, Yandex, and social networks like Instagram and Facebook.

Hommits also offers a modern toolkit to simplify the rental process — AI-powered property valuation, deal support from a personal manager, professional photography, and more.

You can track performance through detailed statistics. Free users see advert searches and impressions statistics, while paid users get deeper analytics like performance trends, comparisons, and improvement tips.

The platform is geared toward direct rentals without intermediaries, so competition with agencies is minimal. It also has an English-language version of the site and app — a big plus if you’re managing your property from abroad.

3) Realt

Realt.by is one of the most established real estate portals in Belarus, offering a large volume of listings — ideal for analyzing market prices and trends.

That said, many of these listings come from agencies, so private landlords might find their offers buried among commercial posts.

Posting is free but comes with limits: without paid options, you can’t upload more than 20 photos, videos, or a 3D tour, and detailed descriptions are restricted. As on Kufar, older ads are quickly pushed down by newer ones — you’ll need a paid “boost” to regain visibility.

4) Onliner

Onliner.by is another major player in the Belarusian rental market. While it has a strong reputation and audience reach, its interface feels a bit dated and not always intuitive.

Promotion works through a bidding system: you set a daily budget, see your competitors’ bids, and your position in search results changes dynamically based on the bid amount, user filters, and map settings.

The main downside? The posting process isn’t exactly beginner-friendly — you must upload photos right from the start, which complicates things if you don’t have them ready. The promotion system also takes a little time to understand.

5) Domovita

Domovita.by is a simple, well-structured, and reliable platform for renting apartments, houses, and commercial spaces.

The interface is intuitive, posting an ad takes just a few minutes, and navigation is clear. While Domovita doesn’t stand out for unique features, it’s a solid and consistent option — especially for users who prefer a straightforward, no-frills experience.
